"Staff was friendly, the room was clean, very reasonable! We visited to ride at Gypsum Park. Selected this hotel because it was close and price was reasonable. When we got there we were impressed, hotel was nice, clean, included the basic breakfast. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room! I smelled fresh fragrance of a hint of bleach and shiny tiles on the floor indicating a clean floor. The air conditioning was very good. My room had 4 pillows on each bed which I use to prop my head for relaxation & a little TV watching. The room was especially safe for my handicapped husband as I had requested. The towels were adequately stocked for our 3day & 2 night stay. We love the fact of having a restaurant at the motel for easy meals. Breakfast in the morning & Great Coffee keeps us coming back. We will always stay here when we take time to visit family. Familiar faces at the Crossroads in Fort Dodge make this a special place to stay. Thank you for a clean room & stocked supplies in the room. "

"Had an issue with payment; then issue with communication discussing and owner was so professional and respectful it was error they caught fixed and refunded before I noticed and was so good at helping and explaining to me! Clean! Nice rooms! Comfy beds! Must stay at!!’"
