「We had an amazing, relaxing time time. Jon was awesome!」

「The rooms are not cleaned well, debris in corners and most noticeable was the various stains on the top comforter. I called in to get a new comforter and was told their employees are not allowed to remove those (for washing) due to safety concerns. I insisted it was a safety concern for a paying customer and they proceeded to remove it for me. It was shocking to get that as a response. In addition, trying to order room service (in room dining) was a 45 min adventure. Online they advertise it but...

「I had a hard time checking in late. The number listed on Expedia didn’t work. The property manager/owner isn’t onsite in the evening. Another person staying helped me get checked in. It was difficult to tell where the entrance was. It wasn’t lit up. The room we had was so cute. The property owner was nice when we net him and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!!」

「Amazing property! I would stay there again and again! BEautiful large rooms, comfortable beds, very clean, amazing staff, quiet, only 28 rooms all on a seperate floor. Soooo nice! Underground parking, casino was so nice, no smelly tobaccco smells. I highly reccommend this property.」

「Very spacious room and Simon at the front desk was awesome. Will be back」

「好好好」

「Staff was so friendly and amazing. This place is just beautiful and we had so much fun. We will definitely be back again and going to tell others it’s a must see place to visit.」

「前台服务态度需提高」

「staff was extremely helpful and gave great insights for our stay. check in & check out were very easy」

「Fairly clean, but smelled of weed.」

「Everything was awesome however, the room tends to get warm during the day and night even though the thermostat states different.」

「We checked in at 8pm after a long drive and never got a code to get into our room till 10:20 pm called, text, drive around for 2 hours. Finally at 10pm we had to check in at a different hotel because no one was helping us and it was late and our child needed to go to bed. They refused to give a refund because that is their policy. Yet their policy also says they will text the room number and door code once you check in. Not 2.5 hours later will they send a code. If you want a place to actually...

「The listing said free firewood but they charge for it. They also said that the cabin had bedsheets included and it did not. The economy cabins do not have electricity and they provided 2 electric lanterns but I would recommend bringing your own as well. But our family had an enjoyable weekend there!」
