The hotel was very clean, and the rooms and facilities felt modern and well maintained. One suggestion for improvement would be the children's pool area. 「3 good things : house keeping, the swimming pool and the staff at the restaurants … other wise 1- my room in first tower had a bad sewage smell from the sink and I had called for it , solution was draining but it continued to smell I gave up 2- reception desk : attitude - they are like kings no smile , very rigid , and overall unhelpful we asked to switch rooms and they were unhelpful 3- no one explains l to you anything about the amenities and you have to figure it out on your own 4 Swandor app...

「Clean room got an upgrade for gold status. Breakfast was good location perfect close to airport. Easy parking in-front of hotel. For a short stay i recommend this place. We had few mosquitos in the room. I did some hunting before sleeping and it worked.」

「The worst experience . Everything was cheap and of the lowest quality. The shower was broken, the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the rooms at all, and the bed mattress was unstable, making noises with every movement. Despite being a non-smoking hotel, there was a harsh smell of cigarette smoke throughout the corridors, rooms, lobby, and everywhere else. consider these problems before booking」
