"Needed a hotel close to airport as I had a connecting flight the next day. The details in the information said the hotel is “1 min walk” from the airport and I booked it on that basis. The hotel was 13 km away from the airport. I could give benefit of doubt but my guess is that the information is deliberately put in wrong so they can beat the site filters and it comes up in first page and most people will book from first page if they have made the effort to select correct filters. I have raised this with the reception and if they update it within the week, I will update the review. Otherwise it is misleading for the public and very unethical . "

"Carpet unclean in room. Lobby chais distressed . Needs a total overhaul ."

"I think a lot of Western tourists might be leery because it's not a familiar brand, but it was a great property, great room, great staff. Very happy, would stay again. My only minor criticism is that the on-site restaurant/bar hours were a little erratic, but there's plenty of options within a very short (and safe) walk. Could also use a few more lounges around the pool."

"Check in was smooth. However phone did not work and room had not been completely sanitized, evidenced by hair in the shower and dirt on the floor. "

"Great staff, rooms, lobby, pool, gym and lovely breakfast. Very modern and with an international atmosphere. We loved this hotel and will come back for sure."

"It was fine, but definitely not 5 star. I’d give it 3. The property is outdated, smells old, the staff is friendly but not international minded. There are better hotels nearby for almost the same price."
