「They charged us a $350 fee for “smoking in room” even though we did NOT smoke in our room and specifically asked staff where the designated areas were, and they said “if you are outside it’s ok” so we smoked outside away from anyone else but then they slapped us with that charge to credit card after we left. I’ve NEVER had a hotel do that to us! That’s crazy. I wish I HAD smoked in the room now.」
