「Receptionist was downright rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming on our arrival. I have lived in Italy for two years to date and have never encountered someone so rude. The room was clean and tidy, but bore no resemblance to the room shown on the photos on Expedia. Nonetheless, the beds were comfy and the shower was great. Air conditioning worked exceptionally well. 「Property is on a top floor of a beautiful building. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent. 「This property was not what we expected. Air conditioning was advertised yet it was only offered at an additional cost of 10 euro per day. We’ve not encountered this anywhere else we’ve stayed. Expedia advertised that there was a fridge and clothes washer. Neither were present in the room. Not appropriate!
