"The Sonesta Ocean Point adults result is the place to be. we had a ball! Stayed in the butler suite swimup and the room awas great. it was on the end of the hallway facing the edge swimup pool with extra room for the outside swimup. Dane and Alex were our butlers and provided excellent service when we texted them on whatsapp for any special request to make our vacation enjoyable. Our room was adjacent to the Azul resturant and we ate there every day (B/L/D), the food was great and pleasing to the eye when presented to our table, they also had a dj or live music while dining which was nice. The resturant staff were pleasant, provided great service and made our meals enjoyable. big shout out to Nadal, Rumere, Smiley, Kay-Ann, Sidia, Taria, Remi, and Andrene. We left great tips for all of the resturant staff. Front desk staff were also great, thanks to Kemar, Thhimie, Serena for a smooth check in and a special thank you to Ms. Margarita our housekeeping staff who went the extra mile to keep our room refreshed, replenished amenities and used her personal touch to fold our towels in a decorative special way. we had a couples message at the outdoor spa over the ocean which was great thanks to Anna. This was our 1st trip to Sint Maarten and we will definitely be back soon."

"Property was clean easy on the eyes ocean view rooms were awesome . But staff need to work on politeness which we found an issue with most in Curacao. Out of the ABC island Aruba gets The A and Curaçao is the C . Renaissance you could work on the staffing u would be the gem of the island "

"We paid for a superior swim up room, but due to an electrical issue. We had to change room and downgrade without compensation. Nobody check in on us following the room change. It was disappointing. "

"This is our 6th stay at the Divi all inclusive. The food at the 5 reservation restaurants has gone down, it is good when it used to be great. The worst part was the smoking it seemed that they were smoking everywhere even around children at the pool. Smoking needs to be limited to just a few places away from most of the people."

"I want to start off by saying the hotel was huge and lots of restaurants to go. The beach was beautiful and the chairs were great as well. The only person that was on top off her job was the front desk short girl, everyone else USELESS. The front desk NEVER answers the phone in the case of a problem. No housekeeping UNLESS begged for. 0/10 DO NOT recommend. Save your $, take yourself elsewhere."

"This place was beautiful to the view location and everything, just the hotel can be taking care alil more like cleaning the leaves from the pool also putting two twin beds together to make a queens was not a great idea. Other then that beach was amazing mambo beach has everything me and my boyfriend had a great time we love curaçao it was a beautiful country."

"Meals were wonderful, lots of choices and good value for the money. Some restaurants never seemed to have availability though. Not sure if the reservation system was also open to the general public. If so, people staying there should get preferred treatment. Fortunately, one restaurant took pitty on us, and snuck us in. Do Not Use the Concierge to book excursions! We wanted snorkeling and sunset cruise. I think the company the concierge recommended must have been giving her some serious kickback $$$. The meal was meh. The snorkeling was rough going in choppy water. Didn't get to see anything because I was exhausted 5 minutes after getting in the water. The tour guides should have known and moved over to the over side of Aruba where I hear it was much easier. Glad we were on the far end, 2200/2300 building area. Beach was shallow and no rocks fortunately. Just past the Bunker bar, it was mainly rock to help with the erosion problem. Keep your AC on and door closed otherwise humidity condenses on tile floor and you could slip."
