Clean , basic . NOt a 24/7 operational hotel...

Hotel rooms are clean and relatively new. Room is basic but in good condition. Staff member very friendly. BUT: note that the hotel is not "fully operational" 24/7....reception services are not given between 22:30 - 11:30(!!!) in the morning - so if you have any issues during this time period - (say 8:00 in the morning...) - you are not in the best situation ever (available phone line was not occupied when we try to get an answer to a problem and we had to wait for 11:30 for the reception guy to come over.....)

10月10日出発、19日帰国の旅行から戻ってきました。エクスペディアさんともあろうものが、とんでもないミスを犯していました。予約したジェミニは、後から確認したところ、10時以降は、チェックインできないとの表示に気が付き、エクスペディアさんに連絡、キャンセルしょうとしましたが、ジェミニに連絡していただき、チェックイン出来るとの連絡がありましたので、当日を迎えました。 ホテルに着いたのが、10時半、入り口に電気はついているものの、ベルを押しても、反応はありません。この日は、デュッセルドルフ在住の友人が、車で、空港まで迎えにきてくれていましたので、ホテル着は、10時半。留守番電話らしてきものに、到着したことをいれておきました。現実問題として、このままでは野宿なる可能性がありましたので、友人が車で、市内のホテルを一緒に、車で、探してくれました。おりしも、この期間はメッセが開かれており、1時間近く試みましたが、空室はありませんでした。そこで、もしかすると、係員が戻っているかもしれないので、ジェミニに引き返しましたが、同様でした。最後の望みとして、ホテルニッコーに行きましたところ、奇跡的に最後の一室が取れました。シャワーのみの部屋で、メッセ料金197ユーロ(領収書あり) 当然のこととして、この金額のお支払をお願いします。いくら友人とはいえ、この遅い時間に、ホテル探しに協力してくれた友人にも、お礼もしました。 以上、相応のお支払をお願いします。 この最悪のホテル、エクスペディアさんの取り扱いを即刻外すべきです。さまざまな理由により、この10時に送れることはありうるからです。

Gut gelegen

Unter Berücksichtigung der Kategorie ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Das Zimmernist zwar klein, aber ausreichend. Der Zustand ist sehr gut und einschließlich des Bades sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.
