Echt een “oud grand-hotel” met Spaanse charme. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de service is goed! De kamers zijn netjes. Restaurant goed!

Restaurant staff very helpful, thank you Miss Sara. The beer is great, but food is very salty. I stayed 2 days with 3 meals, all of them are salty, so it's not an accident.

Convenient for an overnight stay
The hotel is centrally located in 10 minutes walking distance to the old town of Durango. We have booked a comfort room. The room was large, equipped with a king size bed, sitting area, fridge, kettle etc. The internet connection in room #124 was reliable. The breakfast was of good quality. There is a very limited choice of restaurants nearby, so I had diner in the hotel restaurant. The steak was of excellent quality, Parking was included in the special rate offered by hotel.com if not charged at 15.- €. Street parking is difficult to find. . On the negative side, there are many stairs to manoeuvre when accessing the hotel. The access to the fitness area is chargeable.

The hotel is nice. The restaurant bar makes good drinks. You're about 40 min away from bilbao city center by public transport, but the ride doesn't feel that long.

Accueil à revoir
Globalement hôtel bien, chambre confortable mais personnel pas très agréable. En revanche nous avons passé une mauvaise nuit dérangés un groupe de personne à moitié ivre qui est rentré à 1 h 30 du matin en hurlant dans les couloirs et en chantant. le lendemain l’hôtel ne s’est même pas excusé ni à fait un geste commercial.

Over priced. Not 4 star.
First impression of the hotel is wonderful. Lovely garden and lobby. Staff were nice. Rooms are not so nice. Small, very warm, I had the AC on full the entire time.The rooms are in much need of some attention. Lots of chipped paint. The blind was broken for our 4 night stay despite our room being serviced every day. No water in the room. No tea or coffee facilities for guests. €14 a night to use the car park. ( it was €12 when i booked) The gym was €5 each. When you're paying £164 a night room only I feel it was way over priced for the service they provided.

Entgegen der Hotelbeschreibung bei Buchung war der Pool geschlossen - trotz 28 Grad. Die Hotelbereiche aussen konnten wegen einer Feier mit lauter Musik nicht genutzt werden. Das Zimmer war ein dunkles Loch. Ich wollte sofort abreisen, doch das Management verweigere das.

El personal, desde el primer momento ha sido de 10. Entrada räpida y salida más aún. Las habitaciones espaciosas y tranquilas. El bufet del desayuno abundante y con variedad. Los espacios comunes amplios y muy cómdos para momentos de relax. Los jardines también muy acogedores. Muy céntrico. Garaje muy cómodo.

Our room had multiple balconies, one with a table for late afternoon wine and cheese. Staff was helpful and friendly, parking was under the building. The included breakfast buffet had ample choices.

Sejour d'une nuit. Super acceuil, chambre très spacieuse, calme avec un grand confort. La salle de bain est également spacieuse. En ce qui concerne le restaurant, le menu du jour était vraiment bon et le service aux petits soins. Salle de sports sur place, piscine,... J'y reviendrai

Le restaurant était en dessous de toute attente. Froid et pas frais, le serveur gêné a eu la politesse de ne pas facturer mon repas après avoir constater l’erreur de la cuisine. Personnel agréable, même si les services tels que le spa etc étaient fermés. Tout de même 5€ de supplément pour aller à la salle de sport. Dommage, car chambre vieille mais propre.
