"The staff is always super nice and welcoming, I did have a weird situation happen in my room where after it got cleaned in came in and found one of my earrrings that before i left was zipped in my jewlery box and when i came back it was in the toilet. ALso there isnt locks on the door on any of the levels so i felt uncomforatbale that somone could enter my room through the window"

"The only problem I had was that the bed was very lumpy and worn out. GM said they were in the process to renovate the hotel. So I’m sure that will change. "

"Loved the location and the classiness of the main hotel. Unfortunately, we booked a room in the adjacent "Wing" structure. The room was very nice, but it was a direct outside access room and the temperatures were in the single digits that night so it was extremely cold in the room, even with the heater turned up. I would stay there again, just in the main hotel."
