Staff was courteous loved fress coolies at arrivals the was outdated but staff kept clean looks like a recent remodel inside bathroom. I feel that when your a full service hotel and charge for the extra things such as parking etc you should live up to those charges parking lot did not seem like it ...

Very nice spacious room. Nice pool area and hot tub. Drink coupons for happy hour an added plus!! Breakfast was also excellent. Staff very accommodating.

Great breakfast, beautiful and clean room, friendly staff. Only complaint is the parking garage is not easy to get into or park in. Definitely would stay again. Beautiful location on river too!

I really enjoyed my stay with my husband. Chandler the front desk attendant was accommodating and had a deep understanding of the history of the Palmer. I highly recommend that if you’re visiting Durango stay at the Palmer!!
