「We traveled here for my surgery at oakleaf. They had an awesome tea station and delicious coffee. It seems like a well kept old building. All of the staff were great, whenever I was out the housekeepers and maintenance man were busy tidying up, makes the place feel more clean and comfortable. The blonde lady was especially kind, I didn’t get her name but she brought me extra towels a few times and just had genuine compassion for me. She was always busy as well!!! 「Had a very nice stay. We used the indoor pool and hot tub area and was very relaxing. The staff were very friendly. The only thing was the switches for the lights are very confusing in the room. The coffee pot was dirty and still had a used filter in it. Our bathroom area where shower and toilet are smelled like urine. However, the breakfast buffet was awesome and the staff there also very nice. We did just get our coffee there instead.」

「The bathroom was a mess. There was a huge stain from a leak from the toilet upstairs. There was an active leak from the shower upstairs. The drywall around the sink was finished poorly. The TV did not work - had an HDMI cable, but nothing to plug it into. There were dried fluids on the nightstand (of what we don't know). Horrible experience.」

「There was no public restroom in check area, lobby, or eating area. Isn't there a law about a restroom being required Where food is served? Also, no restroom at indoor pool!! Get real, what kind of dump has no base rooms. It was a great inconvenience for a father and adult daughter sharing a two queen bed room I WOULD NEVER HAVE RENTED THIS HOTEL IF I KNEW THAT. Refund would be great..」
