「Had an amazing stay. The building, grounds and the rooms were all stunning and clean, but what really stood out were the staff - everyone we met at the hotel was not only super-friendly but able to take a moment to have a good chat. Will definitely be back!」

They were friendly, helpful and when they said something would be done, it was. The food was excellent and service prompt but unobtrusive. Will definitely return. 」

「Easy check in with friendly staff. Room and bed were very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were lovely with breakfast having a really good selection of items with plenty of staff around if needed. Hotel is a bit of a maze with odd staircases dotted around but I quite liked the adventure. A good stay, if I find myself needing to go to the Birmingham area again I'd definitely stay here again.」
