"The room was disgusting. The bed had the box spring exposed without any cover directly on the floor and it was stained. Room had a sticky brown rug which had stains. Shower curtain had mold all along the bottom. Hairdryer was gross. The furniture was pealing. The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly."

"Cool guesthouse kind of property. No traditional "front desk" or on site workers but the owners own the restaurant across the street and pizza place downstairs and everyone helps with everything and they are all great. Awesome breakfast in the restaurant and the staff is really helpful and engaging and care. I would totally stay there again. No elevator, and top floor rooms can get kind of toasty in the summer with no ac, but not a big deal for us."

"I wouldn't say this is a 4* hotel. The rooms are very basic but comfy bed. The gym and pool is open to the public so its busy. The hotel cleaners were very helpful but the reception staff were not. Our key card consistently didn't work and when we asked reception to order a taxi for us so we could get to our wedding they were not helpful at all - surely reception staff at a 4* hotel are capable of ordering taxi's for guests?"

"The room was small but workable. The door is an old fashioned key from both sides type with no other means to lock the door from the inside. The first bath towel I got literally fell apart but the 2nd one was the softest I’ve ever had at a hotel. Restaurant was good and they poured a good pint. The walls are quite thin so it’s a little noisy. "

"We stayed for one night in a family room. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the property appeared clean and well maintained throughout. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. There is an APCOA car park on site, and the hotel provides complimentary parking there, which was a great bonus. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so we can’t comment on the food.
