「Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit!

「SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! Hotels.com is refusing to give me a refund saying they can't contact the property. I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel」
「I had a fantastic stay at Westerly! Communication surrounding the check in was flawless and it was nice to have a convenient parking option on-site. The rooms were very comfortable and are just as advertised in the photos. Would very much recommend to any family/friends travelling to the Dallas area. 」
「This hotel will ask for a lot of your information via email communication; that is due to the fact that they dont have an office. Nor do they have a sign, this is a few floors at an apartment complex. The room was nice, it has a washer and dryer, which is atypical from other hotels; a large kitchen, and full of amenities. However, the dated halls and stained carpets were like you were walking into a foreign land from the lobby where the Hilton is. The hotel was late in sending me the check in...
「Unable to give a review about the property because we were unable to use it because we never received the secure link we were supposed to get and when we arrived we were unable get ahold of anyone to get assistance to get in. If you call the number listed (972)513-8529 it will either go straight to v/m and it's uncertain whether you will be able to leave a message or not. Expedia itself has not been helpful either with this so I'll probably not be booking through them anymore.」
「Shiloh Dwellings did not show up for check in, did not answer calls or emails, and did not provide a code to enter the building. After a resident let me in, Shiloh Dwellings had not cleaned the property after the previous tenant (soiled underwear visible in trash, towels in piles in bath, etc). They refused a refund through Hotels.com citing policy though they were unable to live up to their own instructions for visitors.」
「The apartment was clean with all the amenities listed. My only pet peeve with the inside of the apartment was not having blackout curtains in the bedroom like in a hotel.
For the apartment building it was lackluster which isn't a big deal. What was a deal breaker for ever going back was that the elevator and halls of the apartment building was filled with the stench of animal urine. 」
「Der Wohnkomplex war okay. Die "Hotel" Lobby war sehr gut ausgestattet, aber desöfteren wurde vergessen die Eingangstür zu öffnen. Alle Annehmlichkeiten, wie Internetraum, Kinoraum, Fitnessraum, Pool, Billard, Cafebar, konnten nur zu den Bürozeiten genutzt werden. Der Pool war nur zum Abkühlen, also viel zu flach. Die Fitnessgeräte schon recht veraltet und auch mit Rost an den Gewichtsscheiben. Die Toilettenspülung bzw der Waschbecken Sensor war mindestens 1 Woche defekt.

「We stayed at Cozysuites while in Dallas for a conference, and it was a great base for our stay. There were storms in the area at the time, so we did not take advantage of the Sky Pool, but we enjoyed the many wonderful restaurants in the area. It was nice to have the kitchen for coffee, tea, and lighter meals. The WiFi was great, and there was plenty of space to work. All very convenient.」
"The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location."
