「What i liked was the staff when we first got there Friday evening, She was very helpful and funny. The room wasn't bad, had everything it said. The breakfast was good and on time.」

「Horrible. Stained sheets and pillow cases. Huge gross stains. Bed was remade with dirty sheets from previous person. Staff acted like it was our fault and expected myself to change the sheets. Finally changed to different smaller room after finding multiple stained items on both beds but not provided a discount for smaller not premium room. Told wrong hours for pool. Very very rude staff. Wish I had stayed somewhere else. Unprofessional and very very unsanitary hotel. Subpar for a IGH hotel.」

「Staff was very rude to start had to stand outside and it was 18° with wind-chill of -0 」

「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

「The front desk staff were very helpful. Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was delicious with many options.」

「Room was clean and comfortable, good breakfast selection, hot tub and pool are were nice.」

「It’s was a old hotel but it was clean and being remodeled. It looks nice so far.」

「Breakfast needs improvement. Few choices to select. Other than that, the staff are kind and very professional.」
