「Good for the price」

「The room when I got there , I pulled back the sheet and it was fresh stains everywhere, bugs in the drawer and on floor, the lamps fixture was rusty and a few would not come on. The towels and wash cloths were stain as well luckly I brought my owns, the desk attendant was not friendly at all, and only talk to me when I went to complain about what I came into, she did offer me new sheets etc. Or another room but was not friendly at all.」

「The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. The third night I had to find someone in housekeeping to get clean towels. The room was nonsmoking but obvious it had been smoked in. I reported...

「El servicio al cliente fue pésimo, cuando entramos al hotel todo estaba sucio y con cucarachas. Y tuvimos que pagar hasta doble porque habíamos hecho reservacion online y dijo que no y tuvimos que pagar nuevamente allá y en efectivo porque tuvo problemas con su máquina de pago… todo fue un dolor de cabeza」
