The hotel was a extended stay,inside very dirty and smelled nad in hallways. Room was dirty floor not swept and toilet not clean. Had no heat in the room almost my entire stay. Service was pretty good,will not stay there again.

OK for a couple nights

First of all the staff member at the front desk was wonderful. However, the room itself was just OK. It was clean for the most part, but had some overlooked areas like top of frig, corners of bathroom floor. The room was nonsmoking and seemed smoke free. However, there was a heavy sent of smoke in the hallway. I would stay hear again if needed, but probably would not be my first choice.

Not a Hotel

This should not be listed as a " Hotel" but a " Hostel". No towels, no microwave( mine was hinilated. Have to remove your own garbage and put in dumpster out back. Room needing a deep clean. Walls had marks and filth. Had to ask for a blanket. Room was 60° when I came in. Good side. Bed clean and comfortable. People live here long term. Again, not a hotel!

I didnt realize(my own fault) that this was a long term stay, upon arrive i had to door dash cleaning supplies as the bathroom mirror and sink was not clean so i couldnt trust the tub or toilet. I also had to clean the grease off the front of the microwave. The residents leave the outside doors propped open for anyone to walk in. If you looking for a cheap stay this is it. If you want it to be clean and safe this is not it. The staff was great and the bed were clean but as i said not quite what i would like. You get what you pay for.

The bedding was clean but, there was no blanket or one available at the office. There was only two bath towels and two washcloths, no soap. Room was very sparsely furnished with no lamp on the bedside table, just can lights in the ceiling .also the floor wasn’t very clean,crud in the corners and along the walls.

There were roaches in the room, outside of the refrigerator was filthy, there were men walking up and down the hallway. Looked more like a shelter than a hotel. My mother and I didn’t even stay in the room for 30 minutes. I booked at another hotel from my phone and left WoodSpring Suites Spartanburg-Duncan.

Sketchy Hotel in a Sketchy Area

The pictures are absolutely deceiving. The Hotel area is extremely sketchy aswell as the inside. I felt unsafe after my first night and refunded the remainder of my stay. House Rules also state thatxyou may not deny room service at all. Overall do not recommend staying here.
