「Room was minimal, staffs are rude and throw you surprising charges. I booked bigger room that comes with sofa bed. On the check out day, I thought check out time was 12 pm. The lady instead of keep knocking she opened the door, good that I put the chain. She said that I didn’t put my kids on reservation therefore I have to pay extra for them. I told her what makes you think why 2 adults would want bigger room with sofa bed?! Because of my kids I needed a sofa bed. Never coming back 」

「Das Personal war wie immer höflich und freundlich! Das Zimmer bzw Bad könnte tatsächlich etwas sauberer sein... Dank Glasreiniger im Reisegepäck haben wir uns behelfen können! Das WC jedoch haben wir uns "schön geguckt". An den Badezimmertüren (an allen anderen Türen auch) sind unten Metallplatten angebracht. Bleibt man (wie uns passiert!) mit dem Zeh an der Badtür hängen, schlitzt man sich direkt den Zeh auf!」

「En todo momento tuvimos la información para entrar en la habitación. Son habitaciones muy amplias. Está a 300 m de la estación y eso es muy buena cosa. Además al lado hay un montón de centros comerciales como Aldi panaderías restaurantes, puedes acceder a cualquier cosa que te haga falta. A mejorar: Unas almohadas en condiciones. Y que vinieran a hacer la habitación cada día, no vienen. Nos faltó papel WC y tuvimos que comprarlo.」

「Das Zimmer war im Untergeschoss und war ok. Die Einrichtung war schon ein wenig vintage. Leider waren die Steckdosen am Nachttisch und am Schreibtisch sehr schlecht erreichbar. Das Personal war freundlich auch im Restaurant. Dort gibt es gute Gerichte die preislich noch ok sind.」

「Comfortable modern but basic room, no tea/coffee making, only English TV channel is 24 hour news, good breakfast, 15 minute walk from Offenbach Kaiserlei train station」

「arrived after our check in time walked in to no staff but keys were laying on the counter and we just took one for a room. Felt safe coming back later that night with the keyless entry system. Room was fine, clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom was typical small European with shower corner. Breakfast was good, asked for fried eggs and received. Upon checkout staff didn't ask about stay just took our keys. 」

「床單有髒東西、早上跟櫃臺反應、晚上回到房間竟還是同一條床單⋯太不可思議了⋯後來跟晚上櫃檯反應後、才立即處理、並招待一杯飲料。 房間的吧台也沒有整理、茶、咖啡都沒有補充⋯滿心期待的假期⋯心情整個被破壞」

「Great place to stay in Bad Homburg vor der Hoehe. Only a short walk through the park to the City center. Very quiet. Easy parking available in front of the Hotel (Euro 9 per day).」
