「Hilarija, the apparent hotel manger, was great. She was accommodating when we needed to extend our stay by a day. She was genuinely concerned when one member of our party was not feeling well, asking if a physician was needed, and even suggesting that a pharmacist might be of help. The hotel was nicely located within the walls of the ancient city and luckily for us was located in the level portion of the city! Other accommodation locations within the walls could require mounting many stairs...
