Dirty towels from previous guest left in bathroom. Had to contact reception 3 times before this was rectified. Customers ignored at bar while staff being trained to use till. Extremely long wait for food in restaurant and food cold once it arrived. Waited a good 15 minutes for food to be reheated ...
