"Ariel at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. We asked for additional pillows, she had no problem going to get them. Doing so requires her to go a few places. She did so very kindly."

"This place was NASTY!!! Hotels.com had a “Very Good” rating, someone is messing with the ratings. Mold on the ceilings. Floors, toilets and shower was nasty!! Our door wouldn’t lock from the inside. Half the lights didn’t work. Towels were worn, frayed and stained. "

"Dried blood on the comforter but basically clean , couldn’t get front desk on the phone cuz it didn’t work then when I actually called from my cell no one would answer. Only stayed over night but if I had gotten there earlier I would not have stayed. "

"The room was clean and the reception clerk was friendly and efficient. No facial tissue provided. Walls lacked sufficient sound proofing. There was some rust in the bathroom. Breakfast choices were coffee, milk, waffles and packaged sweet rolls. No protein, no butter or half and half ( although there was a processed alternative). The coffee was actually pretty good for a hotel (Farmer Brothers). "

"It’s in a great location- however, there were some things that could be improved: 1. All bath linens need to be burnt - I couldn’t tell if they’d been washed or not; the disinfectant they used to clean the floors was overpowering; pillows could be upgraded- I felt like I was sleeping on cardboard; not too many amenities in the room (no hangers, coffee pot but no supplies; no iron/ironing board; kitchenette but no plates/pots or utensils); hotel was generally clean and for its location, it’s ok for the price. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel had such a cozy, comfortable feel the moment we walked in — it really felt like a little home away from home. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The indoor pool was definitely a highlight, especially after a long day. It was perfect for unwinding and just enjoying the moment. The staff was also very kind and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing stay! Another thing we really loved about staying here was how convenient the location was. Everything you could need was close by. There were grocery stores nearby, The Red Stag Tavern was right beside the hotel which made it super easy to grab a good meal, and there was even a laundromat across the road. Shopping was also just a short drive away. It made the whole trip so much easier and more enjoyable not having to travel far for anything."

"House keeping did NOT do their duties as far as keeping the rooms clean EVERYDAY! The toilet stopped up. I called numerous a times for the issue to be taken care of. The front desk clerk or manager didn’t make effort to take care of the issue right away. They came out the NEXT DAY! I had to get my own plunger to unclog the toilet. They were roaches coming out of no where in the room. Terrible stay and service. I don’t recommend. "

"Need to be more flexible with the schedule for checking in and out. The conferences that are repeatedly held and the patrons attending them need a LITTLE flexibility."
