「A/C was broken, refrigerator was nasty and leaking so bad I almost slipped and fell, the bed next to the window had a piece of the head board broken. I took pictures and showed the lady at the front desk. I didn't even stay 30 minutes after checking in and she assured me that I'd be refunded my money but it's been a week and they still charged me. I will not be going back to stay there again. I was in room 320.」

「We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel had such a cozy, comfortable feel the moment we walked in — it really felt like a little home away from home. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The indoor pool was definitely a highlight, especially after a long day. It was perfect for unwinding and just enjoying the moment. The staff was also very kind and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing stay!...

「My daughter‘s Apple Watch was stolen while we were out for the day on Saturday. I forgot to put the do not disturb sign up stating no housekeeping services would be requested. Additionally, our fire alarm had been removed from our wall and was sitting in a drawer, and we did not realize that until our second morning. The lady who runs the breakfast is incredibly rude and suggested we fill a water bottle for my daughter in the bathroom instead of her being willing to fill it from the kitchen sink...
