Reasonably priced, convenient to DUB airport, shuttle service provided free and regularly, pleasant and efficient staff. Dined in the main DR’s Library for a quieter, cozy evening where the food we ordered was very good - well prepared and presented. Great service.

Staying at the Clayton Hotel was nice. I had a layover flight and for me it was perfect, close to airport and easily accessible to center of town. Staff was nice and cordial. Would stay again.

The single bed in our room was not comfortable and the mattress made you feel you were going to roll out of the bed (it sloped to the right)

Very convenient to airport. The hotel shuttle bus is the best thing I like. Rooms are bigger compared to most hotels in Europe.

When we arrived, there was a huge party getting off a travel bus and checking in. However, it did not delay our checkin. They were well staffed and very proficient and helpful. The hotel offers an airport shuttle and is conveniently timed.

I was surprised that the hotel doesn't have air conditioning. I went in a spring time but if is summer, the people are gonna be upset using only a fan.

Very lack luster. Front desk help was terrible, got told different answers to the same questions from every single person and two of them were just rude. Would not recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service close to the airport. Parking would be difficult for handicapped persons, but since I do all the driving from my handicapped husband, I simply let him off at the front door, and went on to find a spot in the underground area. Airport shuttle available for those without a car. We loved having the Circle K right across the street for snacks.

Got the room at a discount so was equal in price to the other 9 nights we stayed in Ireland. The room was spacious, clean, beds were comfortable. No one could tell me the schedule of the Airport Shuttle bus, so we had to just go downstairs and wait. You need a schedule. The smoking area was right at the front door. That was disgusting. Every single time we passed through the front door, someone was smoking.

Hotel is lovely. Convenient to the airport. Restaurant is delicious. They provided a breakfast in a bag because we left before breakfast started. We went from there to Scotland and then Belfast and back within 4 days. They were not able to hold our larger luggage so we could just travel with just our carryon - even though we were coming back tot stay with them again. They do not have the space. The maximum time they will hold it is 24 hours. We offered to pay them, that was not an issue for them (space was the issue), it would have been convenient not to have to haul luggage for 4 days but they just could not accommodate the request. They did give bad information about the luggage holding service at the airport. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful as they can be and I would stay there again.

Convenient to the airport with a shuttle that leaves every 30 minutes. On our second stay, the bath soap dispenser was empty, but when I called down, they sent someone to refill it within 20 minutes. Very responsive. Restaurant was great!

Very convenient for the airport. And the amenities in the hotel were great. Not a lot around but a circle K but it was fine for a night. And it was really great to have the constant running shuttle to from the airport.

My room was FILTHY. Also, I upgraded my room because of the coffee maker and toiletries (a treat...) The hotel advertises 'Nespresso' coffee makers so I packed spare pods. It wasn't a Nespresso pod machine! Also, the hotel promised 'luxury toiletries' and they weren't. When I asked at reception, they just said they don't have luxury toiletries.

Shuttle bus was consistent and always on time during our three day stay. Plenty of transportation choices at the airport to get you into Dublin. The time it takes to get to the city is predicated on how much you're willing to pay.
