Nothing unique. For the price i expected basic accomodation. It was below that. Bed was lumpy. No fridge. No area for storing clothes etc. Aircon very noisy needed to climb on chsir to adjust settings. Bathroom tap was loose. 3 settings, hot very hot and scalding hot. Do i need to go on?

It was a very budget motel. Thin walls, can hear people snoring and people's doors slamming. Room service knocked really loud room next door at 11.15pm yelling 'room service'. Didn't consider anyone else who might be asleep. Carpets have threds pulled, not really clean. There was No ventilation in our bathroom. The only Window could only be open, maybe a index finger width, security connection at top with no screens.

Totally fine for budget accommodation. What you see is what you get. Staff were very good. Pillows were ok if you folded them in half. Bed was adequate. Could feel springs.

It was a good and cheap quick stop on our journey. People has been talking loudly all night on the hallway?and kids screaming. So our sleep wasnt good at all, which was hard with early start and very long day ahead of us. Room was very clean, bed sheets too.

The airconditioning didn't work well at all. I removed the cover and had to clean the very dirty filter using the shower head. Returned the clean filter but still didn't cool the room. Spider webs over the AC unit. The bathroom was clean and clean sheets on the beds, but the AC has long been neglected.

The room was a bit cramped, better off with a single bed. It had old carpet and needed more furniture like a bedside table and coat hooks. Soap holder in the shower was broken and no soap was provided.

There were people swearing and screaming outside our room at approximately 6am. Firstly the toilet in the room did not work, so we were switched to a dusty, unclean room that had us sneezing constantly. The staff were nice and we know it was a budget hotel but at times, we did not feel safe.

We got there at 10pm, the room smelled really bad, carpets in the room was wet, window had no fly screen so kids would of fallen out if they climbed up there to look out, they refuse to change our room

The sheets and pillowcases were clean. The bathroom was grotty and needed a deep clean. Dirty grout, and shower curtain. Holes in carpet. Paint peeling off ceiling. Dirty ceiling. Dirty stains on doona cover. Inconvenient power outlets. Extremely noisy. Someone was smoking in another nearby room. Flat lifeless pillows.

There was nothing to like about the room we stayed in. There was no fridge what so ever. No shower screen for the shower so when you showered the toilet got completely soaking wet. The air conditioner was ancient and was dirty as. The carpet was dirty and parts of the carpet was gone. Ultimately the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Would not recommend at all.

Our room was disgusting. Carpets and air con haven’t been cleaned for who knows how long. Window frame muddy. Felt like breathing in dust all night. Unsafe, unhygienic and unhealthy. Ibis is an international company and this hotel is a disappointment. I won’t be staying again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Clean your act up.

3rd world standards in a 1st world country
this place is no better than a 3rd world hostel. The carpet must be the original as it is so threadbare. I could not even sleep under the sheets. The doona was stained and when I lifted the toilet seat it was covered in recent urine stains. Never ever, ever. The term budget I understand as we just needed a clean room to sleep in to break our journey. I can't believe this place is still a part of the Accor Group. 1 star if you lucky.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, mattress was older than my grandparents they were ripped and stained so was the sheets, floor hadn’t been vacuumed for quite sometime, there was hair on the sheets and in the bathroom, room absolutely stinks we arrived late and were leaving early as it was a stopover for our long driving trip, we hardly slept, kids didn’t sleep as beds were disgusting. Room was hot aircon was old and dusty and would not recommend this at all! Staff were not overly happy to be there either by the looks of them! Only reason I gave it one star was because I couldn’t work out how to give zero stars! Extremely disappointed!

The room was filthy, shower cubicle had very bad mould, mini bar freezer didn't work and the air con filters we had to clean to get the dir con to work properly. I've run motels and clubs over a 20 year period, and have never come across such uncaring management or cleaners. They need a damn good shake up. Would I recommend this property to any of my friends or business associates NO!!

Being a senior advice that no lift was available and that stair climbing was a possibility BEFORE Booking would have made me book somewhere else . NOT A DISABLED OR SENIOR FRIENDLY ESTABLISHMENT. First room, one light not working, fridge not working and tv not working. Second room, cockroaches in toilet/ shower and when we pull the curtains cockroaches ran up the walls and along the skirting boards. Very second class. Budget doesn’t mean filth.

There was no fridge in one of the rooms. Bugs everywhere, We had to go and get fly spray. This used to be an alrigh place. This will be our last ever visit to this facility.

I arrived at the hotel at 2pm. the room wasn't ready. After an hour the room was ready. the carpet looked never vacuumed very dirty. No towels, glasses, cups. You have to ask about everything. An conditioner loud like low mover. I'm very disappointed.

Cheap and nasty
Outside and the foyer area was presentable. It is fairly close to the town shopping centre with 10 minutes walk. Staff was friendly enough. Facilities were quite run down. The carpet inside the room had dirty patches. Otherwise it was clean enough. The room we slept didn't have anywhere to hang our clothes. Air-conditioning was one of those noisy window mounted ones, so you can't sleep with the air-conditioning on. Shower was a bit shocking as they had one of those extreme water saving shower heads that cheap camp sites use. Very little water comes out. It was virtually impossible to get the water temperature right. Also, they had one of those loud closing doors so we heard the doors closing until late at night and early in the morning.

The bed was so hard they may as well burn in and spread the sheets out on the floor, I’d be just as comfortable. Whole place smells strongly of BO, bathroom was filthy, floor didn’t look like it has been vacuumed. 0.2/5 stars.

Very low price point, but very clean room, and very friendly staff I was due to arrive 40 mins after the lobby closed, and the worker called me to notify me of closing time, and he was willing to stay 40 mins extra for me to have a chance to get checked in, very low price point but very high quality amazing service, for them accommodating my time error
