I called the hotel to possibly arrange a late check-in. The staff spoke broken English and not helpful at all. They just told me to send an email. I did that, but they never replied to it, even after sending a second email. Several days later when I arrived at the hotel, they had no rooms left. They were acting nonchalant and smug about the whole situation as it was "my fault for checking in late". They didn't try to fix the situation, didn't call any other hotels to check availability. Maybe if the front-desk staff is fired this could be a good hotel.

Local com limpeza impecável, os funcionários limpam inclusive os itens da cozinha que você usa( talheres, pratos, etc.), local perto de mercados e lojas, inclusive um KFC, e, se gostar de andar um pouquinho mais, da pra ir a um shopping a pé ! Uns 15 minutos do mercado de ouro também. Não é um bairro turístico, é bem local, você se sente realmente vivendo a realidade de moradores…

Very convenient location, 10 minutes by foot to Palm Deira metro station and Gold Souq bus terminals, walking distance to Gold Souq and piers. There are many ethic cuisine eateries nearby, could deliver. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel staff are very helpful.

Great Staff!

The staff made the visit a lot more pleasant. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we need. Sadly, our room faced the street and it was noisy, but we were offered a different room in a better location. Good breakfast choices.

Esta cerca del metro y en una zona muy barata de dubay, si quieres viajar ahorrando ideal, como apartahotel en si no merece la pena, por que la nevera no enfria, no hay microondas, ni lavadora y los utensilios que dan de cocina son basicos, nosotros solo lo utilizamos como hotel ( solo dormir, ya que no cocinamos nada)

It was a very good experience,The Hotel was clean and good, staffs were friendly and helpful,rooms were small but accommodative with all amenities as mentioned. The Hotel was close to Metro and main shopping places in Diera.

Kohtalainen hotelli, ystävällinen henkilökunta

Hotelli oli Deirassa, mikä oli kiehtovaa. Ilmapiiri oli täysin erilainen kuin Downtownissa. Kadut olivat roskaisia, kulkukissoja sai rapsutella, riuokauoka pikku kuppiloissa oli erinomaista ja halpaa. Kahden erilaisen maailman välinen matka taittui kätevästi ihan läheltä kulkevlla metrolla/junalla ja bussilla. Välimatka oli joihinkin paikkoihin aika pitkä. Budjettiimme tämä hotelli kuitenkin sopi. Kahvi ei kuulunut aamupalaan, mikä oli suomituristille shokki. Onneksi oli pikakahvi mukana, huoneesta löytyi vesipannu veden keittämiseen. Aamupala ei muutenkaan ollut mitenkään loistava, mutta täydennettiin omilla eväillä. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Saimme jopa käyttää yhtä huonetta suihkussa käyntiin ja vaatteiden vaihtoon check outin jälkeisenä iltana ennen lentoa. Katujen meteli ei juurikaan häirinnyt. Wifi toimi ajoittain, emme sitä oikeastaan käyttäneet.

Friendly hotel

Sky hotel appartments is loketed in Deira. the old part of Dubai, nearby telephone shops (Goldsouk is 10 minutes walk), Metro / bus station is 5 minutes walk and the Bigbus (Hop on Hop off) is 10 minutes walk so you can easily get anywhere. Friendly staff will bring your breakfast to your room. You can cook yourself but there are plenty of restaurants in the area.(also for pickup).

struttura eccellente per la disponibilità del personale gentilissimo, veloce,cortese e subito disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema,una pecca sono le stanza non eccessivamente funzionanti perché in ogni camera ho trovato sempre qualcosa che non andava infatti ne ho cambiate 3 nel giro di 2 giorni,ma loro sono stati subito disponibili a darmi una camera uguale o superiore a quella che avevo, l'hotel non è in una zona bellissima da andare in coppia ma tutto sommato la gente che abita nel quartiere è cordiale e non danno nessun fastidio, la cosa buona che vicino ci sono ristoranti tipici dove si mangia benissimo e a poco prezzo, tutto sommato tornerei volentieri in questo hotel
