There is no reception, the security guard was at it desk at most for quarter of the day which made check-in really difficult. when i texted him he replied to me the next day, same thing for check-out. very unprofessional for that. cutlery, plates and dishes were not clean at all, plus the cleaning amenities present were disgustingly filthy. there was only 1 electrical outlet that was working i had to do all my chargings and even things like ironing clothes with only 1 working outlet. The bed came completely apart after 2 nights, the cover for the blanket worn out somehow. they even put something resembling a blanket on top of the mattress to sleep on, this also wore out quickly. Overall the compound is nice but they need solid work with their hosting know-how.

when coming for the first time, there is no outside parking to park to have time to check in, i had to park in the road, blocking the gatway in order to look for the guard to open the gate for me (which was difficult and took time to reach) and if you planning to have any visitors it will be difficult as there is literally no parking outside the property for them,
