The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. A special thank you to Austin, Obaidul, Sabbir and Liton for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. They truly made our experience special. We are also grateful to the entire team of the hotel for their professionalism and kindness. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Ajman. Highly recommended!

The room was very dirty, specially the carpet. It had stains and that is not the only room that had these stains. The towels were very old and not clean.

We had a family visit for eight days in Ajman. First of all, we liked the professional employee at the hotel, especially in the breakfast area. When we were staying in room 325, my wife had a little accident while she was using the bathroom when the bathroom door slammed into her face because the bathroom door is so heavy and it is close to the toilet bowl. Even the door broke holder and we had to spend five hours at the nearest hospital emergency room. I would like the management to take care of the issues as soon as possible
