Nice and friendly staff that are very helpful. The food at any of the restaurants within the hotel serve good quality food. A very clean hotel with good facilities.

I really enjoyed the amenities the hotel had to offer. Just wish the rooms had full size refrigerators to store items during stay.

Haven't been to this hotel since 2015, but I am happy I did so this trip. I like the location in Dubai for access reasons. It is renovated and has great amenities.

Everything was good! Clean and People are so Nice! They have a nice bar and restaurant but there’s no good restaurant nearby.

As always, the Media Rotana comes up trumps! Everything was great, from the check-in to check-out, room and bed was comfortable, restaurants were great, the bar is always great.
