Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Awful experience

Check in was very complicated, the asked for the part of the payment and then didn’t have the card machine, i had to go to atm to take cash, then they didn’t have exchange for the small bill, and i had to go to the restaurant to find small bill for them, normally this is their job. The room wasn’t clean as it should be and it was smelled bad, the toilet was dirty. The communication with the property is very complicated.
