Bra hotell. Lugnt område kanske lite dåligt restaurang utbud i närheten. Restaurangen på hotellet var trevlig och bra men endast persiskt utbud av mat. Trevlig pool på taket. Personalen gav mycket god service.

Trevligt hotell med gångavstånd till havet, många caféer och restauranger i närheten. Bra poolområde där det inte var trångt, tyvärr var det inte tillräckligt många solsängar en dag.

I stayed here for a short weekend and had a lovely time. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They secured my many packages I had shipped prior to my arrival, so I was able to conveniently have my comfort items on arrival to hotel. Highly recommend. Great location too. Beds are super comfortable.

I've had two separate stays at this hotel in the last few weeks, and they are a stellar operation. Very clean hotel with a great location. From early check-ins to unusual check-outs, to getting you a cab at 4AM, they handle it all with grace and professionalism. On-site pool is great, with a nice view of the city, and the restaurant in the building is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will personally be back in the future. Nice job, Lemon Tree!

It was perfectly convenient for our purposes. Very kind and welcoming staff. Breakfast was very good as well! We required early check-in, and that was handled without issue, even though we arrived around 8AM. They also held our bags for us after checking out, so we could get some shopping done before leaving the area. Highly recommend.

Mukava siisti ja moderni hotelli. Hyvä aamiainen ja pavelu. Huoneen koko on melko pieni ja lokaatio melko huono, ei pääse edes metroasemalle ilman taksia tai uberia. Waitrose ostoskeskus sekä kauneushoitoloita lähistöllä. Ei pysty oikein kävelemään minnekään.

The food for breakfast is not gas.

Overall good experience. The staff was good & very helpful with us. 3 days stay & every day the same menus of food & typical Indian curry dishes with not good taste flavor. Need to change the everyday menus & add some better curries for a mix of nations. Try to avoid tasteless typical Indian food.

Krishna gav den bedste service.

Vi havde den bedste service af rengøring inde på værelset takket være Krishna. Han var simpelthen så serviceminded og så dygtig til sit arbejde, og var altid smilende. Det er nok den bedste service vi har fået. Da vi skulle fejre vores bryllupsdag havde Krishna gjordt lidt ekstra ud af det. Et stort tak skal det lyde til Krishna fra min kone og jeg, han gjorde i hvert fald, at vi følte os lidt ekstra velkommen hver dag.

Unfortunately the staff do not understand simple requests ... may I please have an itemized receipt upon check in? Apparently that is unavailable at check in. Really?

Basic hotel

Poor check in experience - the room was prepaid, and on arrival the host said there was no booking. It appeared they tried to cancel and re-sell the room because no one arrived until 6.30pm (due to flights). Rooms were fine - modern and clean, but wouldn't recommend it. Overpriced based on the service and amenities (almost none).

Hotel was clean, staff was nice polite, Tarun the waiter has amazing customer servive , Krishna the housekeeper made our room spotless, well done to Him. We stayed at the ground floor basically everyday we heard the washing machine spinning from the laundry it was really annoying, also staff made So much noice while they were cleaning pulling the chairs we reported to reception, well after that we heard the same. The other thing made us disappointed that our package holiday said we have one way free transfer to the airport the hotel said they never had this before and they don’t know why Expedia advertised like this and did not informed them, big miscommunication is going on as we had to pay for our taxi. Breakfast was basic, could have more vegetables out on the table. And more breakfast variety.

Excellent experience, really good value for money

Had lunch and dinner two - three times at the hotel. Excellent quality at no more than 20EUR per person which is great for Dubai. Hotel is brand new, and staff super helpful !
