Old facilities and building

The building and facilities is very old. The toilet shower is very bad in my room and the room is too tight with old wooden chairs and dirty wall tiles. This is worst compare to other hotels with same price in dubai. I can't recommend this facility for anyone because it is not worth the price.

Oud hotel, ontbijt zeer matig. Hygiëne bedenkelijk tot slecht. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Appartement is groot maar kasten zonder planken zodat alles alsnog op de grind ligt. WIFI slecht. Veel zaken kapot in het appartement, op de foto’s ziet het er prachtig uit helaas is de werkelijkheid anders.

One of the worst hotel I ever spend 2 nights, that is why I left that hotel and booked another hotel for the remaining stay in Dubai, that hotel was also booked threw travelavity. So I paid for two hotels. The second hotel was excellent, every thing about that hotel the best.

Nice place to stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are very friendly & welcoming. Rooms are good & clean. The hotel needs to have a small Business Centre for the Guest.

Avoid!!

This is a horrible hotel. It looks like a nightmare inside, dark, spooky,and smelly. I suggest you dont book this place. Saving a little bit really will put you in misery staying here. So try to avoid!

Fortune Grand - Not so grand

Very simple apartment which is suffering badly from a lack of renovation (mould in bathroom, stale curtains and holes in sheets etc..) Be very careful when booking the one Bedroom apartment - it says 'Sleeps 4', but it doesn't and they will charge you for additional fold up beds. (I travelled with my wife and two children) Positives - the staff were lovely and helpful and the location is good.

The hotel was spacious and reasonably comfotable but is located in an uninspring, bland neighbourhood. The staff were pleasant enough but check in was very slow for no appatrent reason and breakfast was a bit chaotic and the food only just OK. We stayed in similar apartments last year where breakfast was better, the swimg pool area more attractive and a little closer restuarants shops etc.

vlakbij metro, supermakten, winkels

Wij hadden geen ontbijt erbij genomen, er zijn genoeg supermakten (24 uur open met verse bakkerij) of andere eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Vriendelijk personeel. Het is geen 4 sterren, maar alles is netjes en er wordt ook continu schoongemaakt.

Mycket prisvärt hotell, men taxiresor behövs.

En helt underbar vecka. Började med att dom uppgraderade vårat rum till en lägenhet. Varför vet jag inte, men den frågan ställer man inte. Lägenheten var stor och rymlig. Allt man behövde fanns där. Dom städade varje dag och bytte lakan, mycket bra. Kom man med kassar från affären tog alltid personalen dom ur händerna på en och bar upp dom till rummet. Sängen var riktigt skön. Sista dagen fick vi sandstorm, då fick vi väldigt bra information om vad vi skulle tänka på. Negativt: Inga parasoller vid poolen, vilket är ett måste för oss skandinaver när det inte finns någon naturlig skugga. Mycket dåligt för på bilderna är det parasoller och det finns parasollfötter men inget att sätt i. Kan ju inte vara så dyrt o svårt att fixa. Området var heller ingen höjdare. Tydligen ett Indiskt område. Nästan bara indiska restauranger. Man vill ju inte åka till andra ställen med taxi varje kväll.
