The property is not as advertised in the website. The apartment we got said it had sea view but there was no sea view t there is a new building being build. They did not try to accommodate what we booked. The customer service when it came to booking activities were amazing, thank you Mike. Overall, would not recommend it.

The worst experience in a 5 star property ever

Despite being in a 5 star property, the service was very bad. No one came for cleaning, we asked for bathrobes, slippers and coffees but no-one neither came nor replied to our calls. We're abandoned. It's unbelievable and unacceptable for a 5 star property.
