Well, cheapest 5 star hotel property in Dubai so what can you expect. A bit overrun by Korean tourists groups and buses, busy and very basic breakfast, no hot drinks selections, very limited choice food. However staff is amazing and accommodating, big rooms and convenient location to airport.

Check in/out was fairly smooth, room was nice and clean but noisy from street and planes taking off never heard any noise the last time we stayed here? All staff were nice friendly and helpful. The adjoining restaurant Lamesa was excellent as always and is probably the reason why we stay at this hotel!!!

Good Overall Value

Good Value Hotel

Located relatively near a subway station as well as a large-scale shopping mall, this hotel made our visit more convenient. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet and friendly staff. The gym equipment is outdated and could be much improved. The rooftop swimming pool is nice, but not much room to relax.

Construction!

Nice place. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Daily construction in the day in other rooms drove me crazy. I asked for a room change and was told there working on almost every floor changing out light pods. I wish they had at least comped a day or provided good vouchers for the trouble. Otherwise, nice hotel.

Just okay

The staff were friendly. Pillows were all flat, not comfortable at all. Bed was just okay. Complementary water was two big glass bottles with a sticker seal on them that seemed unusual. I didn’t receive the welcome drink upon check in that hotel.com says we’re supposed to get. Jacuzzi was nice and relaxing though. Overall experience was okay.

A nice property in Deira. Booked a non smoking room and was placed on a smoking floor, in a smoking room. Wasn't to noticeable and was too tired to change after a 16hr flight. Gym facilities ok, but no towels or bottle water provided like many of the other hotels in the area. Very friendly staff, and 2 really good bars/nightclubs.
