"For context, we stayed here as part of our honeymoon in Portugal, and it was by far the best place we stayed. The design of the hotel was beautiful. Everywhere you looked, there were fantastic views of the Douro River and surrounding hills framed by massive windows. The facilities were amazing. "We booked the park Hotel for one night due to an early morning flight the next day. We arrived at the hotel before check in time. However, the staff were helpful and stored our luggage for us so we could have one more day in Porto. There is a metro stop a couple of blocks away for easy access to Porto. AND we were able to easily walk to the airport from the hotel even with our luggage the next morning."

"Went with my husband for a night. Due to flight delays we arrived around 1 am at the hotel and we had to walk around buildings, with all our luggage, because the main building as locked. What?? Check-in in one building and then return to the main one. The amenities were very poor. Just a shower gel and a body cream.
