「Totally wrong booking. We were searching and trying to make the booking of Jasper. How could it go through to this hotel? And there's no email address for us to contact...So sad experience.」

「Overall this is a very nice hotel, decent breakfast, friendly staff, clean... My one complaint is the height of the toilet. It's so low that the towel rack was hanging off probably from people using it to help them get back up. I was traveling with my senior mother and she had to go down the hall to use the family washroom because it had a rail. Definitely not an accessible hotel. The beds were comfortable though, just get higher toilets please. I'm only 5'4 and I had trouble getting back up. 」

「Not only was the breakfast fresh. The hosts accommodated our needs for early departure in the morning with very fresh, still warm breakfast with excellent coffee. The menu included numerous items, all excellent taste and quality.」

「The gentleman at reception was very pleasant and welcoming and gave clear instructions re all the amenities and provided me with a bucket and two bags of ice. Even though close to the highway the room was quiet and all items functioned very well. The bed was excellent and the bathroom and room very clean. Great Place.」

「The house and our room were exactly as expected, full of charm and very comfortable. The staff we met were also just wonderful, so welcoming and accommodating. Make sure to review the hotel policies and open/closed amenities before you book (the website isn't clear on those). Additionally, I wish we had simple access to the in-room fridge (which apparently is for mini-bar items only) -- we love shopping local and often that includes perishables. 」

「I stayed one night at Tri Century Mill Suites in mid March. My room was spacious, clean and absolutly gorgeous. There were massive windows looking out over the river which runs around the property. I didn't need the kitchenette, but if I did it was very well equipped. This room had a bedroom separate from the living space, also with a huge window and a deep sill.
