「The room was very clean and comfortable and the shower was excellent! It was big, clean, and had a big wide shower head with great water pressure. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice.」

「I know that this is an older motel however they have redone major parts of it. The paint is fresh. Everything looks real good even the curbs are painted outside. Our bathroom was immaculate. Looks like they just redid the shower walls very recently. The pool was clean well maintained, the breakfast was excellent! Staff was helpful with the local restaurants, etc., although we did eat at the in-house Mexican restaurant.」

「It is an old house, so don't expect modern amenities. We love the feel of the place especially the rocking chair porches. The staff girls are the best part of the BnB. She even noticed right away when my truck wouldn't start and gave me a jump. We have stayed here two times so far and will always make "The Charleston" our first choice.
