德羅普爾·伊·西佩姆機+酒旅遊套裝行程 4 折起

4 star design, 0 star service. Spacious design hotel with patio, still under construction, loud noises, zero amenities, scratchy sheets. No toiletries provided. Asked for a hairdryer and it took over 20 min. Shower has no curtain or glass so water flooded everywhere. Not close to any train. Took 1.5 hrs to get anywhere. No communication about issues I raised like the $73.44 resort fees after already spending $900 on 2 nights (no mention during check in nor check out), but they constantly text and email you unsolicited pretending they care and asking for a review. Cindy promised to refund me the full amount, but only refunded $20 claiming my credit card denied it. How could it only give back a partial amount? Makes no sense. Cedric the manager is an abomination. Kept interrupting and talking over me, refusing to listen and find a solution. I offered to call my credit card on a 3-way call, and he threatened me with “this is a recorded call,” and proceeded to hang up on me. Horrible service. Stay away at all costs!

Location is prefect, highly recommend. Staff service is good. The temperature of water is not hot enough. So far, I still recommend this hotel.
