「We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne 」

「Chaotic check in where I had to go to 3 different places. Had dinner and were only told after that card payment wasn’t possible, despite a visa and mastercard sign at the door. Friendliness was mid as well. Rooms were functional but nothing special. Room lacked amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Wasn’t terrible yet I wouldn’t recommend 」

「We stayed for 1 night. The property is elegantly decorated. The area is residential and you can reach the center of the city easily by car and public transport and even by walking for a bit more. Parking on the road was easy to find. The room was clean , spacious with comfortable beds .We asked for a cot and it was provided although it was not mentioned in the amenities, therefore we would advise the property to edit their amenities description. 「The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The rooms beautifully balance modern comfort with timeless craftsmanship , and the facilities — especially the Pürovel Spa — are world-class.
