「The staff are helpful. Almost everyone spoke English (not that I expected, but it was nice not to use a translation app). They asked me a few questions about why we were there and told us the easiest and cheapest way to get there. When our train departed late, they allowed a late checkout for a fee. 「Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr zum empfehlen.Personal sehr freundlich, vor allem die freundliche Dame am Frühstücksbuffet. Frühstück mega lecker hervorragende Auswahl hat an nichts gefehlt. Zimmer auch sehr schön (hatten ein Superior Zimmer). Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel. Kommen gerne wieder.」
