"The staff were really nice,the amenities were perfect too.The location is really good for going around anywhere in the town.The only problem with my stay was that some kind of renovation was going on because of which there was a lot of noise outside my room.I let the receptionist know about it and he said he’s gonna look into it and let me know as I wasn’t able to sleep but he didn’t get back to me after that.Otherwise property wise It was really good and the staff were actually very nice too...

"Typically as expected inline with similar 3* hotels in Sylhet Town. Room with double bed was fine clean and reasonable but no natural light as windows blocked by wall/adjacent building. Bathroom needs an upgrade as poor quality. Be sure to insist on room with town view. Dining facilities fine and staff helpful over generous buffet breakfast (included) Roof terrace/pool disappointing and urgently needs an upgrade to look smart and attractive. "Rooms were pretty much like the pictures, staff really stood out and were very helpful. Whether it’s laundry, direction, literally anything you might want/need, the staff there can organize it for you. "

"The general manager is a cheater. He will take cash instead of taking cards because he want to charge extra. Places and the furnitures are very old and swimming pool was so dirty. So Expensive but no fun at all! Do not waste your money please !"

"I booked this property for 5 nights after seeing it in a YouTube video, which turned out to be a mistake. There was no dedicated manager onsite, and the bedsheets and pillows were used and not cleaned. I couldn’t sleep at night because of mosquito bites. For showering, I was only given hand soap. Breakfast was terrible. I waited outside in the morning hoping to speak to someone and eat, but no staff appeared until 9:40 am. I was served two parathas, egg cutlets, and chalkumra curry — with no...
