「Breakfast was limited and same every day. For tea and coffee they have to get to kitchen to get hot water every times you order for it during breakfast times. Made mistakes for my stay room rent. They provide nuts and chips during your stay without telling you that they are not」

「Front desk stuff was rude. Do not have basic sense of customer service. Hotel booked with free airport shuttle. The hotel did not honour that and charged us extra. Room had mosquitoes. Not sure why there was hype about this hotel. According to the service, this is the worst hotel in Sylhet. Will never stay here again. 」

「Everything was great including the room very nice and the breakfast was great. We booked the executive club, which were not informed, so couldn’t take advantage. Secondly the hotel gets too busy from outsiders to take pictures, Which i found annoying. Perhaps separate entrance for room guest. We we not also informed of the other facilities available including in the hotel. If the management takes into consideration this could be a great place to stay.」

「The general manager is a cheater. He will take cash instead of taking cards because he want to charge extra. Places and the furnitures are very old and swimming pool was so dirty. So Expensive but no fun at all! Do not waste your money please !」
