「Decent property for a single night stay with a family. Hard to find in the dark and no parking, though on-street parking and car parks are available locally. Three bedrooms with a small kitchen and wet room. Nowhere specific to eat as a family but small tables in each room were fine. Had to phone on the day to get the key code. This could be made more obvious - or the owner could communicate more proactively. 」

「The property is in a quiet cul de sac of the village. Note there are street lights in the cul de sac but none in the village. You need a torch. The place was clean. Good sized bathroom. Well equipped kitchen especially if you want to cook for yourself. The cottage is an ideal base for visiting the area with many attractions a short drive away. There is no where to eat within walking distance but the 2 local pubs are a short walk and the locals are very friendly. As we were there for a week...

「We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here. We were attending the New Wine festival at Shepton Mallet so needed somewhere to sleep! We didn't use many of the facilities as we literally got up & left for the day but there were plenty of facilities available! We slept like babies in the comfy bed! Lesley was a very helpful hostess & communicated often. She's even posting me back an item of clothing we left behind! The accommodation was comfortable, there was parking available too! We would highly recommend...

「We stayed here for 3 nights, the property was spotlessly clean on arrival. Parking at the cottage was a blessing as the road outside was busy with residents cars. An ideal base to explore Dorset, and several pubs within easy walking distance. Would stay here again.」
