「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」

「Pleasant experience」

「Maven Stay was a wonderful experience! The unit was very clean and comfortable. There were many thoughtful details such as a full kitchen and washer dryer hair dryer, cookware, a gym across the hall from us as well as shared outdoor space. They even had dish soap and laundry tablets, a cushy looking bed for your dog if you brought one with you. We loved our stay.」
