The staff could not do more for you, we were even brought complimentary wine to our room when our evening meal took slightly longer than expected. Reception staff gave great recommendations of where to go/explore/eat. Overall an amazing relaxing stay in a gorgeous location with lovely staff who are a credit to the hotel. 」

「It's the best hotel to stay if you want to go to Balos Beach & Lagoon the next day. We had a nice room at the first floor with a sea view and the swimming pool was just outside the room. The facilities are new and good. However, the room still has strong smell of decoration. We had to open the window to get some fresh air. The restaurant at the the hotel provides breakfast and buffet dinner which are not bad.」
