"There is one elevator that is not running and this is a very tall hotel with lots of floors, because it includes breakfast tons of people stay there and so the elevators are busy and there are not enough of them working and so you are left waiting forever to get on the elevator. Also the hot tub was still not working and I wonder if they’re ever planning to fix it, it was chilly when we were there and it was a drag to not have the hot tub although with all of the student groups there it probably would’ve been filled. Lastly the rooms were so tiny, would’ve been fine if there were two of us with three people it felt quite crowded."

"I am born and raised in Honolulu and retired abroad so I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed staying at the Pagoda Hotel. The location is so convenient that I didn’t need a car and walked everywhere and rented a Biki Bike just outside the hotel when I need to go a bit further away. The room was spacious and clean and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the service was quick and friendly. I previously stayed at more expensive hotels and didn’t enjoy myself like I did at the Pagoda Hotel, definitely will stay here again."

"This place is sooo chill, although it’s pet friendly and we’re not pet parents (didn’t realize until after I booked and wouldn’t get a refund) I was nervous we would see dogs everywhere or room would smell but was pleasantly surprised rooms are outdated but their clean and didn’t smell like pets had been there We prefer smaller more intimate Hotels than the big commercial Hotels and this hotel was perfect !! Pool was nice and clean and no doggies are allowed around pool area Their restaurant was pretty good too bartenders are great! It’s walking distance to so many restaurants and cafes The staff is great!! Friendly and helpful!! Definitely would recommend!!!"

"This is our absolute favorite place to travel. We have stayed at Four Seasons properties all over the world, but this resort is special. Perfect weather, amazing rooms, protected swimming cove, several pools, restaurants within walking distance, but what truly sets this resort apart is the staff. We have come for years now, and over that time we have made friends with several people who make us feel like friends and family. Cody - while we missed Cody this trip, he always makes our breakfast experience amazing. He has visited multiple FS properties, and because of him, we have added at least 5 to our own list. Cameron - no longer poolside, we were so grateful to be greeted by him when we checked in at the front desk. He has taken care of our family on multiple trips and always seems to find a way to surprise us and make our trip unexpected and memorable. Justin Joey and Morganne. These two were absolutely the best part of our most recent stay. They daily looked out for us and our kiddos and continually looked for ways to make our family feel recognized and went above and beyond to make this our best trip yet. Other major shoutouts include Alyssa, Chloe, Kayci, Moani (always), Ava, and Noah (great to chat). Absolutely recommend this location! We go at least once per year, and it is by far our favorite family destination. "
