「I didn't have a pleasant stay. The front desk representative wasn't pleasant. I only stayed for 1 night and I requested a late check out in which the rep stated we can't because house keeping said no. The rep was so unpleasant and short with her response. Moreover,When I checked out,she was again not pleasant and never said thanks for staying or asked how was my stay. I will definitely try to avoid staying here going forward. Thank you for your survey,」
