Fell below expectations. An organization like CSA using this hotel for a conference and members staying up to 6 days - way better is expected. No coffee in the rooms etc and instead of having a complimentary conversation with me, the head of guest services left his card at my door and called to inform me of the hotel policy!! I bet you he would not do that to a white guest!!!!!
HOWEVER, compliments to most of the front desk crew - you all did well and made a bit of difference.

What a wonderful resort! Everything was wonderful from the rooms, the swimming pools, the food, the entertainment, and the staff! Breath taking views from the rooms and the infinity pool.
