「Good stay . Good staff」

「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」

「很好」

「Water is very very soft which means it will not remove soap from skin」

「The heating unit in our room was not functioning. There seemed to be only one very tired staffer in the facility, and she made some ineffectual attempts to deal with the problem. She first said we couldn't get a different room (without explaining why), but later backed off.」

「Older establishment, clean rooms, pleasant staff.」

「Remote parking is indeed a drawback.」

「The staff was hospitable. Rooms were only cleaned upon request. They have a courtyard that is much like a park, which was a fun place to hang out.」
