「This property does need deserve an 8 rating. 1. It is not a well maintained property or well cleaned. It’s a rundown motel with water damage and mold. Bugs are present in the rooms. Rooms smell musty. Parking lot is dirty. Sheets are not clean. 2. The breakfast should not be top rated unless you are okay with the same breakfast every other day. The muffins and bagels are tiny. 「We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Conroe, Texas. The hotel was nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. One thing we really appreciated was that they kept towels available at the pool, which was very convenient and a thoughtful touch.
