「News of this property being “the worst” Hyatt Regency are greatly, GREATLY exaggeratedz. First off, it has one of the more impressive lobbies around and I don’t think the guest rooms are all that bad. Yes, there’s a light in our room that doesn’t work and some of the doors in the hallway are janky…but it feels clean and is presentable. The staff are nice and I was able to check in a full four hours early. The area around the place is hit or miss, I went for a few walks and there are people...

「我们到酒店的第一天是晚上，下着小雨，我们又冷又饿，两个前台是男人，态度冷漠，说什么都是一副臭脸。回到房间灯不亮，又是一副臭脸，就是一副不喜欢中国人的样子。中国人，也有很多注意旅游礼仪的人，我们走时也将酒店收拾了，不可否认酒店的房间非常好，很有特色。我们都喜欢，退房时，前台的服务非常好，和昨天夜晚判若两人，下次会住这里。但是希望遇到态度好的人，毕竟，现在地球人已经是一家人了。」
